Ash Street Apartments

Portland, Oregon

Project Phase: Completed 2010

Construction Cost: $4.5M

Structural System: 60-unit affordable housing project housed in 4 wood framed buildings with connecting walkways on the second level.

Mill Pond Apartments

Astoria, Oregon

Project Phase: Under Construction

Construction Cost: $13.5M

Structural System: This project consists of 30 multi-family rental housing units. The units are housed in three story buildings consisting of (2) 9-plex buildings and (1) 12-plex. The structural system is wood frame with plywood shearwalls supported on deep foundation piling system.
